What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cynthia Reyes, conducted an unannounced case management annual continuation site Inspection to ensure the health and safety standards as required by the regulations governing child care centers are met for this Preschool age program . LPA met with Director Florence Banda who guided the LPA on a tour of the preschool where children census was taken. The purpose of this inspection is to compete the care tool as time did not permit during the annual inspection dated 05/15/2025. Per annual inspection dated 05/15/2025, the licensee was not in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there was "2" Type "B" deficiency cited during today's Inspection in accordance with the California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1. See 809D page for citations. Consultation was given on this date. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed and given to Florence Banda, Director A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
