On 04/02/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mary Silva conducted an unannounced case management inspection to ensure the facility was in compliance with Title 22 regulations. At the time of arrival licensing staff met with director Nicole Santos. The purpose of the inspection was explained. Census was taken. LPA MSilva observed a total of 47 children present with 4 teachers. On 03/06/2026 the department was made aware of an incident that occurred at the facility on 03/05/2026 involving a child experiencing a difficult time self-regulating during nap time and becoming aggressive towards staff. During the inspection LPA conducted interviews with facility staff, and daycare children in care. LPA obtained documentations in the form of facility roster, incident reports, viewed video footage of date in question and other documentation pertaining to the incident. Based on interviews conducted and the information verified during the inspection of the incident. Licensing staff did not observe any type of deficiencies that warranted a citation. At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Appeal Rights were given. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Nicole Santos
