LPA conducted interviews with 2 directors, 2 preschool staff, 3 daycare children and 2 daycare parents. Per evidence gathered, video footage reviewed and interviews conducted with staff, day care children and other possible witnesses. There were no disclosures made that corroborate with the allegations made by reporting party. During inspections conducted on 03/11/26 and 04/02/26 facility was observed to be within ratio in the Lemurs, Giraffe, and Panda. The Zebra classroom is not currently being used due to enrollment. Although the allegation may have happened or are valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. The evidence to prove something happened is equal to and has just as much convincing weight that it did not happen therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Appeal Rights provided. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director Nicole Santos.
