Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cynthia Reyes conducted an unannounced site inspection Plan of corrections (POC) inspection on this date to ensure the Type A deficiencies cited on 05/15/2025 have been cleared. This inspection is to ensure the health and safety standards as required by the regulations governing child care centers are met. LPA met with Florence Banda, Director, who provided a tour of the day care indoors and out. LPA observed 3 staff with 11 infant/toddlers. LPA observed the following citation listed below has been corrected. A POC letter has been printed and given for the correction made and cleared. (Type A) Personal Right- An infant fell asleep and the staff member placed the infant on the carpet and not in the crib and attended to another child LPA advised the facility representative to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
