What the inspector wrote

On March 30, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Monique Ayala and Seung Lee conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction visit at the above facility. LPAs met with director, Samantha Montes who guided LPAs on a tour of the facility. LPAs observed 15 children with 3 staff members. The purpose of the inspection is to ensure the deficiencies cited on 10/15/2024 have been corrected. - TB test for 2 staff members - Health screening for 1 staff member. There are no deficiencies being cited today. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. A copy of this report was provided to the director, Samantha Montes.
