Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rita Ramos conducted an unannounced POC visit on 04/22/22 at 2:35PM. LPA initially met with Teacher, Valarie Ayala, who invited LPA to tour Room 1. LPA singularly toured Room 2 and Room 3. LPA observed 16 children with 5 staff upon arrival. LPA was later met by Director, Cynthia Zuniga. The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the deficiencies cited on 04/07/22 have been cleared. During the inspection LPA observed that Staff #1, #3, and #6 all have proof of immunization records and Staff #3 has proof of the AB 1207 Mandated Reported certificate on file. LPA cleared deficiencies during the visit and provided a copy of the deficiency clearance letter. There were no deficiencies cited during today's visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Cynthia Zuniga.
