What the inspector wrote

On 04/06/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariah Aguirre conducted an unannounced Case Management Deficiencies inspection to the above facility. The purpose of the inspection was to clear a Type B deficiency previously issued at the time of an annual inspection conducted on 03/26/2026. While conducting the inspection, LPA observed clutter in the living room accessible to children in care, that was previously issued a Technical Violation due to Licensee stating they would be moving within the next couple weeks and the clutter would be removed. While conducting the POC inspection, LPA MAguirre observed the clutter to still be present. As a result, one type B deficiency is being cited. Based on LPA observations, the following deficiencies listed on the attached LIC 809D (deficiency page) are being cited in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Deficiencies that are being cited need to be cleared to protect the children’s health and safety A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Cynthia Carter Bedoya. Page 1 of 1
