On 12/15/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lissete Gonzalez conducted a Case Management inspection due to an incident that occurred on 09/23/21. Upon arrival, LPA met with Sit Supervisor, Cathy Gaeta. This is a subsequent inspection to the initial inspection conducted on 10/05/2021. At 11:44AM, Education Coordinator, Araceli Brion, arrived at the facility to conclude the inspection. There were 56 children present. The incident that occurred on 09/23/21 was reported to the Department via a written report emailed to Community Care Licensing on 09/24/21. The facility reported the incident to the Department in a timely manner. The Unusual Incident reported concerns of a possible violation of the Personal Rights of children in care by Staff #3 in Class #03 in Room #10. LPA conducted interviews, file review, and obtained documentation including the facility roster and a copy of the police report from the Los Angeles County Sheriff\342\200\231s Department. There were no disclosures to corroborate the allegation. This agency has investigated the allegation of a personal rights violation. Based on all of the information obtained and interviews conducted, no follow-up is necessary regarding the incident. There is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
