Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Roxana Lopez and Diana Ortiz conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection to insured that the Type A deficiency cited on 10/2/2025 has been cleared. LPA met with Director Cathy Gaeta, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Census was taken. The following was observed: - Children were observed to be supervised- LPA Lopez received plan of corrections, meeting minutes, agenda and sign in sheets on 10/10/25. - All required postings were observed on parent board - LIC 9224 Acknowledgment form was observed on files reviewed. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. LPAs advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPAs cleared deficiency on this date. LPAs issued POC clearance letter during the visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
