Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted an unannounced plan of correction inspection. Upon arrival LPA Lee met with Director Ki Ja Han. The purpose of the inspection was to verify the proof of corrections submitted by the facility. During the inspection LPA Lee verified that thew Director has the renewed CPR/First Aide card which expires 04/2028. LPA Lee also verified that the required LIC 9227 was observed in the files for Child#1 and Child#2. LPA Lee cleared the deficiency and provided the facility with a clearance letter. The notice of site inspection must remain posted for a period of 30 days during hours of operation. Failure to maintain this posting requirement may result in a civil penalty of $100.00 dollars.
