Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 5/2/25 have been cleared. LPA met with Director, Nohelly Rios, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Census was taken. LPA observed five (5) children with one staff in the toddler room (Room 110), four (4) children with one staff in Room 112 and three (3) children with one staff in Room 115 to be present upon LPA arrival. The following was observed: LPA obtained a copy of a "Team Meeting" agenda. The agenda shows the meeting was held on 5/23/25 and signed by four staff. The agenda shows the meeting covered topics including "No mixing of toddler age children with preschool children" and "Bed sheets are to be given to correct child. Labeled bedsheets". LPA cleared the deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Director, Nohelly Rios. LPA also issued POC clearance letters to Director during the visit. LPA offered Technical Support Prgoram (TSP) services to Director and Director stated the administrator may be interested and will call LPA with questions and confirmation of a decision regarding TSP. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Nohelly Rios.
