-----------------------------VISIT CONDUCTED IN: SPANISH--------------------------------------------------- Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Roxana Lopez conducted an unannounced case management visit to the above facility. The purpose of this inspection is to inspect the off limits backyard that the Licensee is requesting to use during upcoming construction. LPA met with Ludivina Renteria , Licensee who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. Per Licensee, there are 12 children currently enrolled. A current children’s roster was available for review. There was 10 children present during arrival 2 being infants. Also present was 2 assistants. The licensee states that 2 adults currently live in the home. Per Licensee, they have 2 assistants and a volunteer. All adults present in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance or exemption prior to working, residing or volunteering in the licensed child care home. Licensee states that there are no firearms stored in the home. This is a one-story home which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room/kitchen, garage, front yard and backyard. LPA discussed the usage of garage on this date. ------------------------------------------------------- pg. 1 of 2----------------------------------------------------------- Per Licensee, construction will begin soon and is requesting to use the off limits backyard for additional child care space for children. LPA observed the back yard to fenced- there is a shed in the back yard that will remain locked and off limits. Licensee, does have 3 dogs that will also remain off limits- LPA advised that all pet food and water bowls should also remain off limits too. LPA Lopez observed some materials for children outside per Licensee, they will relocate the materials currently being used to the back yard and begin usage this month introducing to the children little by little. . An updated sketch was submitted on 5/29/2026. LPA advised Licensee that they will need to report to the department once construction has begun and when completed and updated sketch will have to be submitted. LPA advised the licensee to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on line at: www.ccld.ca.gov . Licensee was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org website; a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California. Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
