What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cynthia Reyes conducted an unannounced plan of correction (POC) inspection, for the purpose of inspecting the facility to ensure the health and safety standards as required by the regulations governing childcare center are met. LPA is also providing the facility with an amended report for the citation of the t wo class rooms need the Changing Table in arms reach of a sink dated 11/06/2025. LPA met with Yesenia Arteaga- Program Manager who took LPA on a tour of the facility and census of staff and children were taken. LPA observed 21 children with 8 staff in 4 class rooms. LPA reviewed all plan of corrections (POC) for all citations given on 11/06/2025. Yesenia also sent in an Email with photos of the corrections of the lights and the changing tables set up. Yesenia also requested an extension through email for the correction of the wood play ground structure that needs sand and paint and also on todays date. LPA granted the extension until 12/08/2025. LPA also advised Yesenia that the children need to be kept an extra eye on while in use of the wood structure and any other wood items in the play yard. LPA presented Yesenia with a letter of deficiencies citations Cleared for all citations given listed above. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was given to Yesenia Arteaga- Program Manager, with a notice of site visit to be posted for 30 days.
