What the inspector wrote

On 05/14/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mary Silva conducted a case management inspection to deliver amended report dated 03/01/24. The incident that occurred on 02/16/24 was an accident and not a result of a violation of California Code of Regulations Title 22. LPA met with program director Sheena Minaya, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Census was taken. LPA observed 12 children and 5 Staff. A copy of the amended report and appeal rights was provided to program director Sheena Minaya during this inspection.
