What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cynthia Reyes conducted an unannounced case management Inspection to ensure the health and safety standards as required by the regulations governing child care centers are met for this Infant program. LPA met with Director Betty Castillo. LPA was guided through the 1 infant classroom by the director and the following was observed during this inspection. LPA took staff names and position and children census. Director was also present. Infant class room 1, age 0-2 years old had 1 teacher, 1 aides with 4 infants. The licensed facility is within the conditions, limitations, and capacity specified on the license. LPA Took measurements of the infant class room (1) as measurements were not documented on the pre-license inspection back in 2016. LPA measurements of the Infant class room #1 are: Length 35.1, Width 34.7, Area 1217.97, Encumbered space (Napping area) Length 17.6, Width 16. 6= 292.16 space 925.81 an capacity of room 26 .45171. The facility is licensed for 16 and will remain capacity of 16 at this time. Director states will submit an undated facility sketch of the class room and photos of the new wall for the napping area. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with and given to Director Betty Castillo . Consultation was conducted on this date
