What Happened
Annual inspection at single-story family childcare home identified training certification deficiencies. Licensee's CPR/First Aid and Mandated Reporter certificates are expired. Facility conditions otherwise safe with appropriate fire safety measures.

- Licensee Mandated Reporter AB 1207 compliant certificate not renewed every two years; will be cited under Health and Safety Code section 1596.8662(b)(1)
