Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted an unannounced case management inspection. Upon arrival LPA Lee met with Head Teacher Gisella Jimenez. LPA Lee observed a total of 29 children with 4 staff members during the inspection. The purpose of the inspection was to obtain further information regarding an incident reported to the Monterey Park Child Care Regional office on 04/26/2024. The report from the facility was regarding an incident that occurred at the facility on 04/25/2024. During the course of this inspection, LPA Lee conducted interviews and made observations in regards to the incident reported by the facility. LPA did not observe any type of deficiency based on the information verified during this inspection. No deficiencies were cited during this inspection. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Gisella Jimenez, Lead Teacher. Appeal rights discussed and explained. A copy of this report and Notice of Site Visit was provided.
