What the inspector wrote

Based on LPA’s observations and interviews which were conducted and records reviewed, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be Substantiated at this time. California Code of Regulations 101221(e) - Child's Records is being cited on the attached LIC 9099d. Deficiency that is being cited need to be cleared to protect the children’s health & safety. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview was conducted with Director, Angineh Hambarchian at 2:00 p.m., Appeal Rights procedures explained. REPORT END 2 of 2
