On 05/15/2026, at 12:00 pm, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) Shushanik Safaryan conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to the above facility to ensure Type A deficiency cited on 04/21/2026 has been cleared. Upon arrival LPA met with Angineh Hambarchian, Director,who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection, LPA observed 71 children with 11 staff members. During this visit, LPA observed that the facility complied with posting requirements. Further, LPA verified all staff members present had a fingerprint clearance required by the Department. Additionally, facility submitted plan of correction to avoid future incidents. LPA observed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports signed by the parents of children enrolled. During the visit, LPA cleared deficiency cited on 04/21/26 and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to the Director and issued POC clearance letter. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Page 1 of 1
