What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), T. Tran and L. Voong conduct announced case management visit for the purpose of inspecting the facility outdoor space. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Site Supervisor, Fabiola Da Rosa to tour the outdoor area. LPAs observed proper care and supervision were observed. Due to the incident occurred on 12/12/24, facility was affected by a neighboring mobile home caught fire overnight impacted the children's playground area. The fire damaged part of the play structure and the canopy area. The section has been fenced off making it inaccessible to children in care while pending for repair. Facility will provide more information in regards to the renovation of the play structure. In the meantime, facility is requesting to utilize partial of the play area that were not affected by the fire. Facility current census are 48 children. LPAs measured the outdoor space. Facility has sufficient outdoor space to accommodate the 48 children. LPAs observed the age-appropriate outdoor materials and equipment with proper cushion that absorbs falls. LPAs took some photos for the record. As of today, the mentioned outdoor space is granted within the limitation with proper care and supervision at all times. No deficiency was found during today\342\200\231s visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Fabiola Da Rosa.
