Routine inspection (3-year)·October 3, 2025

On 10/03/2025 at 9:17am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonnisha Culbert attempted to conduct a required 3yr. inspection at the facility noted above. LPA met with licensee, Elizbeth Medina and stated the purpose of today's visit. Licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Present during the time of the inspection were four staff and licensee. No children were present. During today's visit, LPA reviewed staff and child's files. Due to time restraint LPA will complete the required 3yr. inspection at a later date. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. A notice site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and the report was reviewed with licensee, Elizabeth Medina.
