Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nolan Tcheng conducted an unannounced Case Management-Other inspection in order to deliver an Amended Report. Upon Arrival at 12:07pm, LPA was met by Director Cheryl Roberts, to whom the purpose of the visit was explained. At 12:13pm, LPA was provided a tour of the facility. Census was taken. Classroom 1A: 17 children with 2 staff members, Classroom 1: 20 Children and 2 staff members, Classroom 2: 19 children and 2 staff members, and Classroom 3: 21 children and 3 staff members. The report which has been amended was originally dated 02/14/2022. No citations have been issued during today's inspection. Exit interview was conducted with Director Cheryl Roberts at 12:43pm, copy of report was provided. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. END OF REPORT
