C#10 stated that S1 hit the right hand but would not disclose why S1 hit the right hand. LPA also contacted the Sheriff’s Department which investigated the allegation. LPA obtained police report and contacted Detective Sotomayor from the Whittier Sherriff’s Department who confirmed that there were no criminal charges being filed against the licensee and that the reporting party requested that the case be closed. Based on LPA’s interviews and record review, the investigation revealed: Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report and appeal rights provided to the Assistant. Notice of Site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. page 2 of 2
