Correction check·September 22, 2022

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type A deficiency cited on 9/20/22 has been cleared. LPA met with Licensee, Blanca Carrillo, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 6 children present during this inspection. The following was observed: · Licensee was observed to be caring for 6 children, including 1 infant. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations. · LPA also observed LIC 9224s signed for all 6 children present on 9/22/22 LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Blanca Carrillo. LPA also issued POC clearance letter during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
