What the inspector wrote

On May 15, 2025, at 2:00p.m, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) LPA Keneisha Dunlap and Peter Bishop arrived at the above facility for an unannounced case management visit. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Facility Representative- Tiffany Fields. There are 40 children enrolled, and 22 children present, and 7 staff present at the time of inspection. This is a preschool program, and the center hours of operation are Monday- Friday 7:00am-6:00pm. On May 9, 2025, the facility was cited for the following deficiency: 101227(a)(19) - (19) All food shall be protected against contamination. Contaminated food shall be discarded immediately. On May 15, 2025, at 2:10p.m., LPA's toured the kitchen and pantry of the facility. All food was labeled with dates and stored in proper containers. All food with expired labels has been discarded. All food in pantry and kitchen have current expiration dates This deficiency has been cleared as of May 15, 2025. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative- Tiffany Fields
