Follow-up on corrections·June 19, 2025

On June 25, 2025, at 2:08p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the facility for an unannounced case management visit. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Facility Representative- Tiffany Fields. There are 25 children enrolled, and 10 children present, and 1 staff present at the time of inspection. This is a preschool program, and the center hours of operation are Monday- Friday 7:00am-6:00pm. The purpose of today's inspection was to discuss the water lead test results. Acting Director provided LPA Dunlap with a copy of lead testing report that included LIC 9275 and LIC 9276. The lead testing report showed no exceedances of lead at the facility. All fountains, and sinks are cleared for usage. LPA Dunlap was given a copy of the test for the facilities file. The facility was reminded that lead results must be posted. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. There are no deficiencies issued during inspection. Appeal rights reviewed and given to the Facility Representative- Tiffany Fields Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative- Tiffany Fields.
