Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 4/8/25 have been cleared. LPA met with Director, Larissa Telles, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Director guided analyst on a tour of the facility. The following was observed: \302\267 LPA observed a life ring in the pool area which is 22 inches in diameter and labeled as approved by the US Coast Guard \302\267 LPA observed the locking mechanism on the main gate is now 65 inches above the ground LPA observed a Mandated Reporter training certificate with an expiration of 4/9/27 for Staff #4 LPA cleared the deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Director, Larissa Telles. LPA also issued POC clearance letter to Director during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Larissa Telles.
