What the inspector wrote

On December 3, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Peter Bishop arrived at the above facility for the purpose of a Case Management - Incident Infectious Disease Outbreak to follow up on Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease reported to our office on November 26, 2025.   LPA Bishop announced purpose of inspection and was granted entry to facility by Lead Teacher Gabriella Garcia.  LPA took a census of and there were 21 children total present for classrooms 1 and 2 at the time of this visit. The purpose of today’s visit is to verify what is being done to prevent future occurrences and observe the procedures that are currently in place.  Lead Teacher Gabriella Garcia indicated that the do have 2 new cases that were reported today.  These new cases occurred in Room 2.  The cases that previously occurred were in Room 1.  Lead Teacher Garcia indicated that all toys were sanitized to prevent any further exposure.  There was a Sanitization Team that came in after hours to perform a deep cleaning.   The students only have access to a small portion of the classroom at the time of this visit.   Parents were notified by an internal App called HUBBE App and there is a note by the sign in / sign out sheets informing parents as well.  Lead Teacher Garcia indicated that she and her staff sanitize all toys daily to assist in preventing any further occurrences. The facility was found to be in compliance per Title 22 regulations and there will be no deficiencies cited today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Lead Teacher Gabriella Garcia.
