What the inspector wrote

On 05/26/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shushanik Safaryan conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of addressing an Exemption Denial for John Mkroyan. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee, Manoushak Mkroyan, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. During this visit, LPA toured the home and observed 12 children with licensee`s assistant and licensee`s husband. During this inspection, LPA reviewed the exemption denial with the licensee. According to the licensee, individual has not live in the home since 05/06/2026. (Statement obtained). LPA obtained a signed Confirmation of Removal for John Mkroyan (LIC 300B) mailed to the department from Licensee on May 13,2026. Licensee stated she understands that John Mkroyan is prohibited from being at the facility or having contacts with clients of any facility licensed by the Department during business hours. LPA observed LIC 995B Family Child Care Home Addendum to Notification of Parent's Right (Regarding Removal/ Exclusion) on file for children enrolled. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
