What Happened
LPA reviewed lead testing results that showed three outlets exceeding the action level, including a playground drinking fountain and two classroom faucets. The report did not describe remediation at this visit, only the elevated readings requiring follow-up.
Observations
- Outlet J playground drinking fountain had a lead result of 9.37 ppb.
- Outlet F classroom #3 faucet had a lead result of 9.23 ppb.
- Outlet H classroom #6 faucet had a lead result of 14.2 ppb.

Licensee failed to maintain a lead value at or below the Action Level for water lead testing of 5.5 ppb or greater for outlet J, F, and H Result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Water testing results identified with Action Level Exceedance as defined in WD section 101700.3 are not deemed safe to drink. This poses an potential risk to the health of safety of children in care.
