What Happened
The annual home inspection found a generally compliant environment with safe detectors, a secured backyard pool, and proper outdoor play conditions. The main deficiencies were missing infant sleep documentation for four infants and a missing mandated reporter training certificate.
Observations
- Four enrolled infants were missing LIC 9227 individual sleep plans and 15-minute sleep logs.
- The mandated reporter AB 1207 compliant child care training certificate was not on file.
- A backyard swimming pool was present but was inaccessible behind a locked gate and covered.
