What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ashley Calderon conducted a case management visit at the above facility. LPA met with Licensee Gail Clark, and LPA disclosed purpose of today's visit. LPA conducted a tour alongside LicenseeClark. Due to previous investigation, LPA Calderon was informed that Licensee owns an additional home; LPA is ensuring the licensee resides in the above home where day care is being placed. Therefore, during this visit collected pictures of Licensee's Driver's Licensee and two mail envelopes with the above address as a form of indicating Licensee resides in the home. Interviews conducted with children 3 out of 4 in previous investigation indicating Licensee G.Clark has an additional home, children did mention going to another home and Licensee during interview stated takes day care children with them to pick up grandchildren at another home but does not provide care there. Therefore, LPA reviewed with Licensee that although that is not against Title 22 to pick up grandchildren from another home, to ensure when going to another location that Licensee is present, care is not being provided at unlicensed locations and to ensure at all times safety of the children as it can possibly become an issue if any child are harmed or hurt under their care. LPA Calderon in addition on 1/29/26 observed lunch for the children in care being provided by the Licensee. LPA informed Licensee although, not a required for day care homes to have an quantity amount of food to service for children, to ensure all children are being feed, not hunger and due to personal rights of children to inform parents if they would like to provide food from their home to their day care children it is allowed per Title 22; which Title 22 states under 102417 Operation of a Family Child Care Home: If food is brought from the children's homes, the container shall be labeled with the child's name and properly stored or refrigerated. Per Licensee, stated they are on a food program that requires serving sized and food being served monitored by Food Program personnel through Evergreen Co. In addition, LPA reviewed and updated roster to remove staff who no longer is employed at this facility and LPA discussed UIR submitted by facility on 3/19/26 to the Licensing Dept., incident did not take place at the facility, Licensee reported incident due to being a mandated reporter.
