What the inspector wrote

The preponderance of evidence standard has been met; therefore, the above allegation is found to be Substantiated. A substantiated finding means that there is concrete evidence to state that the above allegation occurred. California Code of Regulations, (Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3), is being cited on the attached LIC9099D. The following citations are being cited today on the attached LIC 9099D. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Celina Figueroa. Page 2 of 2
