What the inspector wrote

This is a case management visit to ensure facility is operating in compliance with Title 22 regulations, Title 5 regulations and/or health and safety requirements of the State of California. Based on the information obtained children had to walk in groups with staff members to the Discovery Days ELC located on 72 W Bellevue Dr on 04/22/2024 to use the restrooms . Based on the information obtained during this visit, no citations issued at this time ,needs further investigation . The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. An exit Interview was conducted, a copy of this report along with Notice of Site visit and Appeal Rights were explained and provided to the Facility Representative ,Lisa Mari Scott on 04/25/2024.

Children had to walk to the different facility located in the different address to use the restrooms .
