What the inspector wrote

On April 30, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection at the above facility. LPA met with Director, Aracely Ramirez who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 92 children in care with 12 staff members. The purpose of the inspection is to ensure the facility is compliance with Title 22 regarding Limitations on Capacity. The facility was cited a Type A violation on 04/28/2026 for being over capacity with 2 children. The facility is licensed for 93 children and there were 95 children present at the time of inspection on 04/28/2026. During todays inspection, LPA observed the facility to be in compliance and observed that the facility has received signatures from parents on the LIC9224. There are no deficiencies being cited at this time. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to director, Aracely Ramirez. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
