Staff and (children who were able to interview) indicated they did not witness anyone being handled roughly at the school. Staff indicated that all children at school are treated fairly. Administrator Phillipy indicated the complaint was made out of retaliation due to him formally filing an incident report (with Child Care Licensing). The report was regarding a person having a confrontation in his office. Note: LPA was unable to retrieve anymore information as possible witnesse(s) were unavailable for LPA to interview. The complaint is anonymous. Although the above allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Therefore at this time the above allegations are Unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Appeal rights explained and given to Administrator James Phillipy during exit interview.
