What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Roxana Lopez conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection to insured that the Technical Violation and 2 Type B's deficiencies cited on 12/2/2025 have been cleared. LPA met with Gladys Chinchilla, licensee who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. There were 7 children present during this inspection- 1 being an infant. Also present was licensee's adult son and 1 assistant. The following was observed: - LIC 627 consent of medical treatment was on file for all children enrolled - LIC 700 identification and emergency form was on file for all children enrolled - Broken medicine cabinet mirror in bathroom has been removed LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared deficiency on this date and LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit. The application for large license will be submitted for final review to the department. Once licensed, the applicant is required to adhere to the terms and limitations stated on the license. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
