What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Roxana Lopez conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection to insured that the 4 Type B's deficiencies cited on 1/24/25 have been cleared. LPA met with Gladys Chinchilla, licensee who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. There were 6 children present during this inspection- 1 being an infant. Also present was licensee's assistant. The following was observed: - Files reviewed during initial inspection were completed- forms dated 2/10/25 - Current roster was available for review - Cleaning fluids and paint was removed during initial inspection- written plan submitted. LPA did cite for cleaning compounds on the annual inspection done on this date. - Current certificates on file. LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit For this POC inspection, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.     Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee had cleaning supplies under kitchen sink in unlocked cabinet and in an unlocked cabinet in the backyard which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

  • INFANT SAFE SLEEP

    Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that sleep log for infant enrolled was not current- las documentation was in 12/2025 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
