What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Roxana Lopez conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection to insured that the 3 Type B's deficiencies and 1 technical violation cited on 2/26/26 have been cleared. LPA met with Gladys Chinchilla, licensee who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. There were 7 children present during this inspection- 1 being an infant. Also present was licensee's assistant. Per Licensee, they have 8 children enrolled. The following was observed: - Fire extinguisher was last serviced on 2/27/26 as indicated on service tag - Current sleep log was available for review - Cleaning supplies were observed to be off limits for the children and written plan to maintain compliance was obtained on this date. - Complete file for child # 2 was observed LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit At this time the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Gladys Chinchilla. ------- pg. 1 of 1 -----
