PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst, Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to the above facility on 08/08/25 to ensure Type B deficiencies cited on 07/30/25 has been cleared. LPA arrived at the facility at 11:33 AM and met with Astkhik Davoian, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection there were 14 children present in the home, two being infants and two school age with licensee and her assistant, Hripsime Galstyan doing art in the living room. During this inspection Eliza Sargsyan, art teacher, was also present in the home. Per licensee, art teacher, Eliza Sargsyan only comes to the facility twice a week for an hour session. The following has been observed: - Licensee completed infant nap chart for currently two enrolled infants. - During this inspection LPA did not observe Raid in the cabinet in the kitchen or bathroom. Per licensee, she removed the Raid from the home. LPA cleared Type B deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to the licensee and issued POC clearance letter. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Astkhik Davoyan.
