What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Roxana Lopez conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection to insured that the 2 Type B's deficiencies cited on 1/14/2026 have been cleared. LPA met with Miriam Montiel, licensee who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. There were 6 children present during this inspection. Also present was Co- Licensee Hector Montiel. Per Licensee, they have 11 children enrolled. The following was observed: - Fire Extinguisher serviced on 1/15/26 as indicated on the purchased receipt - File for child # 2 was available for review LPA advised LPA that any new children enrolled until 2/28/2026 should have a completed LIC 9224 acknowledgment form on file since they were cited a Type A in 2/28/2025. LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared deficiency on this date and LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
