What the inspector wrote

At 02:35 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Martinez Garza conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of correction) inspection to ensure the Type A deficiency cited on 01/23/26 has been cleared. LPA met with Rocio Campos, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 5 children present during the inspection and 1 assistant. The following was observed: -Licensee was observed to be operating within ratio. There were 05 children present (3 infants and 2 preschoolers). -LPA observed children’s files have a completed LIC 9224. -Licensee provided the children’s roster reflecting a staggered schedule. -LPA did not observe any rockers, bouncers, or swings. LPA cleared the deficiency and issued a POC clearance letter. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
