What Happened
LPA conducted an unannounced annual inspection of the infant program and toured all infant, infant/toddler, and toddler classrooms. The facility was generally well maintained and compliant on most physical plant items, but several staff files lacked current mandated reporter training. Infant sleep equipment, food service, outdoor play, and recordkeeping were reviewed in detail.
