Correction check·November 20, 2025

On 11/20/2025 at approximately 12:30pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mary Silva conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the 3 Type B deficiencies cited on 10/14/2025 have been cleared. Upon arrival LPA met with teacher Arely Gomez to whom the reason for the inspection was explained. Teacher Arely Gomez stated Director Maria Flores was currently picking up children from school and would return shortly. Director arrived at 12:45pm and led LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 7 children napping children with 1 staff. The following was observed: - The floors in the preschool classroom have a surface that is safe and clean free of debris - Current file for child#1 was reviewed to be complete - Immunization records for child#1 were in the file LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Director Maria Flores. LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Maria Flores.
