Correction check·August 26, 2024

On 08/26/2024 at 3:00 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Carolyn Tuba conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure the deficiency cited on 8/14/2024 during a Case Management visit has been corrected. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with staff member, Arely Gomez due to Director, Maria Flores was not available. LPA observed 2 children and 1 staff during this visit. LPA observed locks on 4 doors of the school-age classroom are being used and staff watched training module for Supervision of Children and LPA was provided a reflection of what they learned during the training. LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to staff member. LPA also issued POC clearance letter during the visit. At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given must remain posted for 30 days.
