What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cynthia Reyes, conducted an announced pre-licensing site Inspection for the purpose of following up and re-measuring the infant and toddler class rooms. LPA met with Maria Flores, Owner. Due to COVID- 19 precautionary measures were taken during the entire inspection and all individuals present during this inspection wore appropriate personal protective equipment. The applicant is requesting a new total capacity of 17, having 8 Infants and a toddler option of 9 toddlers. The days & hours of the infant and toddler license will be Monday- Friday 6:30 AM-6:30 PM. Applicant stated she made some changes to the facility that have changed the capacity she previously requested. LPA inspected and re-measured and the Infant/Toddler option components new capacity is 08 Infants and 09 Toddlers. Toddlers now have their own bathroom in their class room with 1 toilet (15 children) and 1 sink (15 children). No waiver is needed to share with preschool. Based on LPAs new measurements taken on this date, the capacity will be approved for 8 Infants and 9 Toddlers , once the final corrections are completed. A fire clearance was approved on 03/01/2021 and on file for a capacity of 12 Infant & 10 Toddlers. Exit interview was conducted in person with Maria Flores.
