What the inspector wrote

Case management inspection conducted by Licensing Program Analyst Jennifer Hua. LPA met with director Bo Ma. The purpose of the visit was announced. The purpose of the visit is to follow up on the incident that was received on 1/2/2024. It was reported that a parent reported a concern to the facility that their child brought up, that during nap time a staff pulled down their pants and touched their private part. Director stated immediately reviewed video footage and did not observe anything concerning. Director also talked to staff in question, had meeting with the parents to review video footage together. The video footage did not show any staff near the child or any staff touching the child. Staff in question stated that incident never occurred. Staff stated during nap time, staff is never close to the child. Parent confirmed that they reviewed the video footage with director and they did not observe anything concerning and they do not have any concerns with the school or the staff at this time. Parent declined to have their child interviewed by the Department. LPA also interviewed child(ren), and no disclosures made. Based on above, no deficiencies cited at this time. Exit interview conducted with director Bo Ma. Notice of Site Visit form provided and notice shall be posted for 30 days in an area accessible for review or a civil penalty of $100 will be assessed.
