What the inspector wrote

On April 3, 2025, at 2:10 pm Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection \342\200\223 Plan of Correction at the above facility. LPA met with Licensee, Karine Vardanian who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 2 children in care along with 1 staff. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and the deficiencies cited on 3/26/2025 were corrected. Licensing staff observed and reviewed the following: \302\267 Facility has a functioning smoke/carbon monoxide detector \302\267 Emergency Disaster Drill has been conducted and documented \302\267 The children\342\200\231s meals brought from home are labeled with their name \302\267 Licensee is documenting infant safe sleep 15-minute checks with observations for infants 0 \342\200\223 24 months old Letters of Deficiencies Citations Cleared were provided for deficiencies corrected. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00 An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee, Karine Vardanian Page 1 of 1
