What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mary Silva conducted a case management inspection to the above facility on 08/11/2023 to amend the LIC 809-D page, type A citation section 102416.5(b) from the annual inspection report dated 07/28/23. Facility was in compliance with the maximum number of infants and preschool children for a large family child care at the time of the visit on 07/28/23. LPA arrived at the facility at 10:00 am and met with licensee Rukshani Sunnadeniyage, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 3 infants and 4 preschool children. Assistant and spouse were present during this inspection. A copy of the amended report was discussed, and a copy of the amended report was provided to Licensee during this inspection. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as evidenced by a disclosure made during interviews conducted. Which poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
