Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Roxana Lopez conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection or case management to insured that the Technical Violations and Type B deficiencies cited on 4/21/2025 have been cleared. LPA met with Hewa De Silva, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 5 children present and 2 staff during this inspection. The following was observed: - Working carbon monoxide - Changing table was observed to be arms length from a sink- LPA advised that changing table cover should be washed when soiled. - LPA observed appropriate sleeping arrangements for infants enrolled - Meeting minutes and plan on personal rights was received on this day - Technical violations for drill log, documentation and physical plant were corrected LPA\342\200\231s advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared deficiency on this date and issued POC clearance letter during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
